In observance of the National Bible Month, the Church was held in September. A month dedicated for Catholics to be more diligent in reading, meditating and applying God's word in everyday lives. The national theme of BKSN 2024 is “Allah, the Source of Justice. " God is good, a refuge in times of trouble, inspiration from Prophet Nahum and Prophet Habakkuk.
SD Xaverius 1 Bandarlampung participated in livening up BKSN and various culminations carried out today. The BKSN celebration began with the "Apple of the Scripture Parade" followed by all the learners of grades 1-6. Subsequently BKSN activities are packed in the form of Faith Building and Scriptural Immersion according to respective religions of the students (Catholic, Christian, Islam, Hindu Buddhism).
May this National Scripture Month of 2024 give renewed strength to believers who will persevere in the Light of God’s Word. And to develop tolerance among religious people, including among educators.
